No need to create an account, just add item into cart, then proceed to checkout process
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal as the payment. If you wish to use credit/debit card, you can use PayPal to process it!
Where is your product shipped from?
We ship the item from Indonesia.
How long is the processing and handling time?
All order will be processed within 2 business days, some of them even less.
What kind of shipping method do you use?
We are using registered mail, EMS or DHL. However, due to COVID-19, all shipping to US can only be done through EMS or DHL. Expect delivery 2 - 3 weeks estimation due to the pandemic
What is your return policy?
Please check for individual item to see if they are eligible for return. If the item is eligible for return, the item condition must be un-opened, sealed condition as before it was shipped to buyer. Buyer pays return shipping. After we receive and check the item, and everything is OK, buyer will receive refund based on item price, excluding the shipping cost!
